Summary notes

At thirteen, Valentina Vercelli became the feared Bloody Rose after avenging her poisoned mother with a pistol. To honor her mother’s dying wish, she buried her weapons and lived gently for ten years.

But when her husband Julian and his foster sister Sienna humiliate her, steal her fortune, and brutalize her loyal maid, Valentina awakens the woman they thought was gone. With shadow commander Adrian Cross at her side, she uncovers a deadly conspiracy—and draws her gun once more.
