Summary notes spoiler-light, read before episode 1

In short: 72 episodes, in English, dubbed — episodes 1–10 play right here.

When a global tsunami engulfs the world, the land sinks beneath the waves, forcing humanity to survive on an endless ocean. Ezra, betrayed by his girlfriend and humiliated by a spoiled rich heir, unexpectedly awakens a Legendary Fishing System. With nothing but a fishing rod, he can reel in anything—food and daily necessities, portable supplies, survival gear, ship upgrade components, and more.

The system can even lead him to sunken treasures, long-lost ancient ships, and rare, mysterious artifacts hidden beneath the sea. As Ezra navigates countless conflicts on the high seas, outmaneuvers hostile factions, fends off gigantic, otherworldly sea monsters from the deep, and steadily grows stronger in the vast, unforgiving ocean, he rises from a lone survivor to a force to be reckoned with. In the end, he dominates the open sea and becomes its undisputed ruler.

Study tip: the first 10 episodes set up every conflict that the remaining 62 episodes pay off — watch them back to back before you decide whether to continue.
