Leo, a private equity director on Wall Street, built an empire for his boss and brother Robert, controlling more than half of the top LP resources. But Robert grew wary of Leo’s achievements.

He not only hired a bunch of useless Ivy Leaguers who do nothing but draw paychecks, but also parachuted in senior executives and used option traps to completely sideline Leo. Robert believed Leo would never dare to leave his platform and would have no choice but to stay and work for him.
