She and her boyfriend had been in a long-distance relationship for four years. After high school, she went abroad to study and, not wanting him to feel insecure about his own modest background, kept her wealthy family’s status a secret, pretending to come from a regular family and claiming she was studying abroad on student loans. Through four years apart, she always believed in his love for her.

However, at a reunion back home, she saw him arm-in-arm with her family’s adopted daughter, and in that moment, her illusions shattered. The adopted daughter had been using the family name to her own advantage, posing as the true heiress. At the reunion, she and a group of classmates mocked and humiliated her, but the real heiress wasn’t hiding anymore—she called in her three brothers, who swiftly put them in their place.
