Summary notes
Amelia was drugged and knocked unconscious by her stepmother. Her biological father and stepsister forcibly dragged her to a church to coerce her into marrying Kevin, a fifty-year-old casino owner, in exchange for a fifty-million investment infusion.
Kevin claimed he was backed by Mafia Don Victor Corleone, smashed her phone when she tried to call for help, and his former subordinate Gore publicly humiliated her while she was helpless to resist.
