The Skinner in My Son's Pelts: Bound by the Blood Mark

Valerie, Silver Claw Pack’s Bone Speaker, unearths her skinned son Leo’s bones and discovers a rogue shapeshifter Karen stole his face to infiltrate the pack. Driven by maternal rage, she vows brutal revenge. She strikes an uneasy blood-bond alliance with Bane, the ruthless Lycan High Council Enforcer, who hunts Karen for poisoning his late master.

Together they uncover a conspiracy led by corrupt High Priest Vargas, who backs Karen to seize the empire. After bloody battles, Valerie avenges Leo, exposes the treasonous plot, and finds a fated, possessive love with Bane amid her long-grieving heart’s new beginning.
