Born lucky, blessed with love and riches! One moment, she was drifting into sleep; the next, she woke up as a newborn baby. Wait, what? She was the first princess born to the royal family in five centuries, showered with overwhelming affection? Her father was the famous and free-spirited Prince Xiaoyao, and her mother, the cherished princess adored by thousands in a neighboring kingdom. The emperor himself treated her as his own daughter, while the empress and concubines in the palace bent over backward to win her favor. Her doting elder brothers spoiled her beyond reason, and even the crown prince and royal princes were her little minions!

In this new world, daughters were treated like jewels, while sons were barely noticed. Everywhere she looked, she was surrounded by the finest of the finest.
