Summary notes

After being betrayed and framed by her husband, Caroline assumed a new identity and returned with her daughter. Driven by twin desires for revenge and to save her seriously ill child, she maneuvered through the business world and tangled with her ex-husband Nigel once more.

Upon discovering the truth, Nigel fought desperately to make amends, and their complex entanglement, haunted by old wounds, present crises, and a long-held, unspoken affection, ultimately led to redemption and reconciliation.
