Summary notes

Five years ago, Horus Haveli was framed for a crime he never committed—by his own corrupt family, secretly in league with the shadowy Obsidian cult—and buried alive in a long-forgotten dungeon. They should have finished the job. Instead, he clawed his way out and became a fearsome warlord, commanding a seasoned mercenary army with his name on its lips.

Now he returns with a single purpose: brutal vengeance. He retakes his family's sprawling commercial empire, dismantles the cult's underground network, and averts a hellish realm-wide catastrophe that no one else even saw coming. And when the dust settles, Horus Haveli doesn't just survive the city—he becomes its unchallenged guardian.
