"Li Yong developed a new drug to treat lung cancer in order to help patients. However, the patients were manipulated by Fang Xiong, the owner of Fang Xiong Pharmaceuticals, who accused Li Yong of selling fake drugs and took him to court. Fang Xiong offered Li Yong a deal: if he handed over the formula, the patients would drop the lawsuit. Li Yong firmly rejected the offer. In court, Li Yong’s formula was recognized by an esteemed professor, and he also presented evidence that Fang Xiong had bribed the patients. As a result, Li Yong was acquitted. Just as he left the courthouse, Kim Ji-hyo, the CEO of the world's largest pharmaceutical company, Novo Pharmaceuticals, approached him. Li Yong eventually sold the formula to Kim Ji-hyo for 50 billion and a pharmaceutical research facility. During a dinner with Kim Ji-hyo, Li Yong revealed that he was about to develop a new drug. Meanwhile, Fang Xiong, having copied Li Yong’s drug, created his own version and used patients as test subjects.

Li Yong used 10 billion to short-sell Fang Xiong's company’s stock, causing Fang Xiong's company to go bankrupt, and Fang Xiong himself became a fugitive wanted by the police. Because Li Yong sold the drug to a foreign pharmaceutical company and did not help the former patients, he faced severe online backlash. This led to an invitation from Fruit TV, where he was again pressed on the issue. Li Yong finally revealed that his second cancer drug was about to hit the market. Upon hearing this, Novo Pharmaceuticals immediately flew to Jiangcheng, offering 100 billion at a press conference to acquire the formula. However, Li Yong rejected the offer. He decided to price the drug at 2,000 yuan per box, with half covered by medical insurance, ensuring that every person in Great Xia could afford it."
