Kayla, a 28-year-old single mother and delivery driver, lives a quiet life delivering packages while raising her young daughter. Everything changes when she delivers a package to 17 Green Street, a mysterious house with locked doors, covered windows, and a disturbing warning: “Do not knock.” Driven by her instincts, Kayla begins investigating the strange address and discovers a series of terrifying clues—a hidden prisoner, suspicious deliveries, and signs of abuse. When she hears a desperate SOS signal from behind the locked basement door, she realizes someone inside is fighting for survival.

With limited evidence and the danger growing, Kayla risks her own safety to gather proof and works with the police to uncover the truth. Her determination leads to the rescue of two kidnapped women and exposes a dangerous criminal hiding in plain sight. Kayla is not a detective or a hero. She is just a delivery driver who refused to walk away when someone needed help.
