Summary notes

Jolene and Rhys entered an arranged marriage that gradually grew into genuine love. However, their happiness was shattered by the arrival of Nora, who bore a striking resemblance to Rhys's first love. Rhys repeatedly crossed Jolene's boundaries to defend Nora, until Jolene could endure no more.

She chose to have the child alone and divorced Rhys. Consumed by regret, Rhys sought to win her back, but Jolene had already found her own happiness.
