Summary notes

18-year-old Mia, desperate to save her grandmother, accidentally steps into the territory of Christian, a mafia boss, and ends up sleeping with him. She soon discovers he is her father's best friend and her own doctor. The two carry on a secret affair right under her father's nose, nearly getting caught multiple times.

Mia suffers from school bullying and is nearly sold off by her own mother to a slaughterhouse, but Christian repeatedly protects her with ruthless brutality. What starts as a transaction evolves into genuine love—from forbidden to inseparable. When Mia becomes pregnant, her father reluctantly gives his blessing to this unlikely union.
