In her past life, Yvonne, a beloved and promising university student, had her future stolen when her fiancé gave her university admission letter to Eva, the widow of his late friend. Yvonne met a tragic end. Reborn, she skillfully avoided the traps of her previous life, thwarted all of Eva's schemes, crushed her hopes, and freed herself from her fiancé's manipulation.

Just as she resolved to never love again, she found herself cherished by the campus heartthrob. It turned out, across both lifetimes, he had been silently guarding her all along.
