Mia is the Vane family's private doctor and Roman Vane's secret bedmate for five years. Thirty days before their contract ends, he throws her out for his old love Vivian. Mia meets biker Alexandra, the Cole heiress, who trains her. At the contract-end banquet, Mia settles accounts publicly, Alexandra forces Roman to release her.

Vivian, jealous, kidnaps Mia with Cole traitors, Alexandra saves her. Mia fakes death, opens a hospital, and learns her father was silenced by Everett Vane. She exposes Everett, crushes the traitors, and Roman loses her. Mia and Alexandra propose by the sea.
