Sloane, Westbridge University’s adored It Girl, wakes in the 220-pound body of Riley, the classmate who stole her face, wealthy family, and fiancé through a permanent soul swap. Riley expects Sloane to become the school’s favorite joke. Instead, Sloane discovers that Riley’s body is healthy and complete, while her own “perfect” body was starved, cut open, and mutilated to make her marriageable.
Two months later, classmates rig a livestreamed ceremony to humiliate her. As hundreds laugh and wait for the 220-pound girl to appear, the doors swing open. Sloane enters in a red dress, and the entire auditorium falls silent.
