Forensic examiner Aubrey traveled back to ancient times, where she encountered the death of a pregnant woman named Violet during a medical visit. To save the baby, she performed a cesarean section but was falsely accused. Using her professional expertise, she exposed the lies and cleared her name. Along the way, she was forced to treat the poisoned Prince Parker, and the two reached an agreement to cooperate.

After her father was murdered and assassins came for her, Aubrey followed Parker to Ukreledo to investigate, only to become inadvertently involved in a series of murders targeting pregnant women. Through meticulous investigation and gradual unraveling of clues, she uncovered the truth behind her mother's murder years ago and exposed the rapist Ryder as the real perpetrator, avenging her parents and thirteen pregnant women. In the end, Aubrey cured Parker of his poisoning and leg ailment, the two married, and they devoted themselves to practicing medicine, bringing relief to the people and stability to the realm.
