Leah is considered a F-rank dragon tamer who can only bond with lesser dragons. But when the jealous Seraphina tries to hurt her, Oliver, the golden young dragon she bonded with, saves her.

As Oliver shifts into human form, Leah learns that he is actually the exiled crown prince of the golden dragons, and she actually has S-rank talent. The bonded pair discard Leah's snobbish family and go on adventure, fighting to restore Oliver to the throne.
