Cyberbully Me, Face the Sealed Garage

Five years ago, Frank spent 3. 4 million US dollars purchasing all 172 private parking spaces of the community, letting neighbors use them for free for five years while reserving one spot for himself. Returning from a trip, he found his private space occupied.
