In short: 30 episodes, in English, original audio — episodes 1–9 play right here.

Delivery courier Yan Xiaohe was secretly the heir to Yongchun White Crane Kung Fu. That summer, he zipped across the city on a battered electric scooter, taking on order after order just to help his grandfather raise enough money to restore the shrine honoring the founding masters of White Crane Hall.

While other couriers relied on sheer speed, Xiaohe relied on kung fu. He could snatch a falling bottle of vinegar midair, effortlessly evade a karate champion in three clean moves, and brave a typhoon atop the roof to shield his martial arts hall from destruction. Yet he had made a strict rule for himself: "These fists aren't for fighting; they're for delivering food." Even when cursed at by impatient customers, slapped with bad reviews, cornered by thugs, or chased down in absurd misunderstandings, he remained steadfast in guarding the true spirit of White Crane Kung Fu. It wasn't until a catastrophic typhoon threatened to tear White Crane Hall apart—and the residents of Wuli Street banded together in the pouring rain to help save it—that he finally understood: martial arts were meant to protect one's home, and food delivery was about nurturing the warmth of everyday life. Eventually, Xiaohe teamed up with his martial arts brothers to launch Crane Speed Delivery. Together, they carried the pride of their hometown—Yongchun incense, aged vinegar, paper-woven paintings, specialties from historic Wuli Street, and Tieshan lychees—straight to thousands of doorsteps. With their motto 'Crane Speed Always Delivers,' the service brought not just meals, but the living warmth of an entire city.
