The CEO Sean Hanson, due to his special constitution, could not live past thirty. He unexpectedly discovered that Emma, an impoverished college student, was the only woman in the world capable of saving him.

In order to stay alive, Sean married Emma without asking her permission. Upon learning that Emma would be in danger after saving him, Sean, who gradually fell in love with Emma, found himself in a painful life-and-death dilemma.
