Summary notes

In the autumn of 1989, rural girl Claire Merrick follows her boyfriend Ethan Wallace to the city, only to be betrayed and lied to. Left helpless, she's taken in by Logan Griffith.

With his backing, Claire starts out with a street stall. Thanks to her business savvy and grit, she builds a clothing empire, becoming a thriving entrepreneur—and finding true love with Logan along the way.
