When 5-year-old Sienna witnesses her decorated general father’s betrayal with Jane, a prodigy army sharpshooter, her mother Audrey—a world-class, ice-cold neurosurgeon—strikes back. She cripples Jane’s hands, igniting a brutal, years-long war between husband and wife. Consumed by rage, Sienna’s father uses his own daughter as a deadly pawn, only to be outmaneuvered by Audrey. He ends up in prison, then trapped in a permanent vegetative state by her untraceable neurotoxin.

On Sienna’s 18th birthday, a deranged Jane returns with damning evidence to take down Audrey at her debutante ball. In the fatal final showdown, Audrey sacrifices her life to lock Jane away for life, bequeathing Sienna her ruthless empire. Clutching her mother’s silver scalpel, Sienna’s war has only just begun.
