Summary notes

Cathy, a medical student, accidentally saved Walter, a gang leader, and fell in love with him. Under his influence, she transformed from a delicate girl into a formidable gangster's wife. However, Walter grew tired of her, fell for another woman, and ultimately had her brutally murdered.

Given a second chance at life, Cathy vowed never to lose her heart to him again. Instead, she pledged to use her medical skills for a greater purpose: saving her city and contributing to her nation.
